How much is aircond service in Malaysia?
Basic service is RM 90 for one unit, RM 80 each for two, and RM 70 each for three or more. Wall-mounted chemical wash is RM 120 for one unit, RM 100 each for two, and RM 90 each for three or more. Repair starts at RM 70. These are the labour prices for Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan.

What is included in a chemical service?
The indoor coil is washed, the drain is flushed, filters and covers are cleaned, and the outdoor condenser is rinsed. We test the unit and leave the work area clean. Basic service is the lighter clean when a full chemical wash is not due: RM 90 for one unit, RM 80 each for two, and RM 70 each for three or more.
How fast can you come?
Same-day slots are often open, especially if you message in the morning. Emergency call-out is available 24/7. You get a confirmation once the technician is assigned, rather than a vague window.
Do you service cassette and FCU units?
Yes. Cassette chemical service starts at RM 230 for one unit. FCU chemical service is RM 300 per unit. Wall-mounted chemical service starts at RM 120 and drops when you book two or more.
Are the prices on the site the final bill?
The published rates are the labour for that job on a standard visit. Extra copper, trunking, gas, or failed parts are quoted before we fit them. There is no call-out fee stacked on top of the listed service.
Do you leave a mess?
Dirty water is carried out and, if we use your bathroom, it is cleaned before we go. Covers go back on, and we do not leave chemical in the tray.
