Basic service is RM 90 for one unit, RM 80 each for two, and RM 70 each for three or more. Wall-mounted chemical service is RM 120 for one unit, RM 100 each for two, and RM 90 each for three or more.
A unit that has been running through Malaysian humidity needs more than a wiped filter. Dust, grease, and biofilm sit on the evaporator, airflow drops, and the room never quite gets cold.
Our service visit covers wall-mounted, cassette, and fan-coil units. Basic service is the filter, cover, and a general clean. Chemical service opens the indoor unit, washes the coil, flushes the drain, and rinses the outdoor condenser so cooling comes back and the wash area is left tidy.
Most homes book chemical service every three to four months. Offices and F&B spaces, where the units run all day, usually need it more often.
