The company
A Cheras desk that still answers the phone.
ASR Aircon service and repair has spent more than ten years in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Negeri Sembilan homes and offices. The work is chemical washes, leak calls, and installs.
People mention the same things after a visit: the WhatsApp reply was quick, the technician came in the slot, and the bathroom was clean if that is where the dirty water went.

Why people call back
The work, the price, and the mess we do not leave.
Technicians who do this every day
Wall units, cassettes, and fan coils across KL homes and offices, with the tools for a proper chemical wash.
Prices you can read before you call
Basic service is RM 90, RM 80, or RM 70 by unit count. Multi-unit discounts are printed, not negotiated in the hallway.
24/7 when the unit gives up
Leaks and dead units do not wait for office hours. Emergency call-out is part of the service.
Workmanship you can see
Coils washed, drains flushed, lines vacuumed on installs. The outdoor unit is part of the job, not an optional extra.
On time, then gone
We confirm the slot, show up for it, and do not stretch a one-unit wash into an open-ended visit.
If it is not right, we make it right
Tell us before we leave, or message after. We would rather return than collect a bad review.

Clients
What people wrote after the visit.
I am grateful I stumbled on them online when I was searching for aircond cleaning. They did a great job cleaning our units, including the compressors outside, and left no mess behind. Efficient, professional, and the prices are reasonable. I will hire them again.
They are professional, proper, and neat. They used the bathroom to pour out dirty water, and they made sure the bathroom was cleaned as well before they left. My aircond was cleaned properly and is functioning well.
Found this service on Google. I contacted them on WhatsApp and the admin replied fast, sent the available slot, and had the technicians over right away. They came on time and did the cleaning properly.
